As consumers, we all know the benefits of working with Amazon. Amazon wants to be everything to everyone…and they are. Amazon is not always the first place I go when looking for a specific item, but inevitably, I end up there. Why? Maybe for more extensive browsing. Maybe for price comparisons. Maybe, and in many instances, to buy. After all, I can find what I need at a competitive price, get free and fast shipping and returns are easy.
But is the experience the same for the many, many, retailers partnering with Amazon?
